During the business day, our customers can call Powercom and expert Powercom personnel will: |

• Report the problem directly to the appropriate carrier or carriers*.
• Escalate for tech support ASAP
• Review the symptoms with 1 of 2 Powercom Network Engineers
• Manage the trouble ticket and escalate if necessary
• Provide during AND after hours Powercom contact information to our customers
• Provide our customers with all the necessary circuit and carrier information so that our customers can work directly with the carriers in Powercom’s absence or simply if the customer prefers to work directly with the carrier.
• Powercom will open tickets for those services we ordered.

Billing Resolution
Powercom has found that 40% to 80% of all telecom bills for new services are not consistent with the terms of the contract. And, not surprisingly, the errors favor the carrier, not the customer.
Don’t underestimate this Powercom offer! Our customer’s duties are:
1. Look at your bill
2. Notify Powercom of a suspected issue
3. Provide us with a copy of your bill or tell us to order a copy from the carrier (could take us 5-10 business days)
Powercom will:
1. Analyze the bill
2. Provide a spreadsheet summary of the issue for the carrier and the customer
3. Contact the carrier’s appropriate billing personnel
